Niagara Falls Fire Station #7 Location: 8530 Lundy’s Lane, Niagara Falls

Description: New 13,000 sq.ft. one story fire station comprised of areas including: Apparatus Bay (2 double-depth drive-thru truck bays with ancillary support spaces), dormitory for 6 fire-fighters , Bunker/Gear Room, dayroom with Kitchen and Lounge, exercise room, men’s and women’s change rooms with showers, public and universal washroom, Offices, Meeting Rooms, training room/E.O.C. (Emergency Operations Centre) and miscellaneous support spaces including a SCBA Fill area.

Pen Financial Credit Union Location: St. Catharines, ON

Client: Pen Financial Credit Union
Description: New Pen Financial 2 storey steel framed building consisting of an open members lobby and supporting offices, board room and staff ancillary rooms. The construction consist of a mix structural steel frame with glue laminated beams supporting metal deck and steel stud infill and steel stud office partitions. Exterior included a mixture of stone wood and metal cladding.

Description: Renovation and Alteration of L.G. Loriman Public School (Former City Hall) to the Thorold Senior Centre.  Work included: Complete Demolition of Building, New Structural.  Subdivide the ground and first floors for the required functions. New Windows, New Roof, New Concrete Walks and Curbs, New asphalt. Building was made accessible.  This building is designated under the Ontario Heritage Act.
E.L. Crossley Secondary School Location: Fonthill, Ontario
